Yep, we’re almost done here. We should have been done a couple weeks ago, but our ownership of this blog allows us to make the rules, which we have clearly set to allow ourselves to bet into the red.
Good thing.
Tony’s staying alive, though not by much.

$1,000 – Cleveland (-10, -105) at NY Jets – Kind of surprised this one hasn’t been moving higher, after opening at 10.5.
$1,000 – Kansas City (-10.5, -110) vs Atlanta – The Chiefs over the last year and a half have been known to come back from some big deficits. The Falcons are known to give up big leads. I don’t think we’ll see that.
$1,000 – Indianapolis at Pittsburgh: Over 44 (-110) – Even with the Steelers struggling, this one should hit the over.
$300 – Jacksonville (+305 money line) vs Chicago – The Jets would love for this to happen…a lot of Bears fans might too, actually, if it means the end of the Mitch Trubisky/Matt Nagy era.
Andy – Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know. I need to do more bets…
$500 – Pittsburgh (+2, -105) vs Indianapolis – I think there’s some general rule out there about the upside of betting on the home dog. And the Steelers are no typical home dog. The once-11-0 team has fallen hard the last three weeks, but this spread is pretty disrespectful no matter how bad they’ve looked lately.
$500 – Philadelphia at Dallas: Over 50, (-105) – This game has no business meaning anything, but it does. And both teams have good offenses and can’t stop anybody. I expect a shootout.
$500 – New England (+7, -115) vs Buffalo – The Bills are going to win the AFC East this season, but the division’s dominant for the last two decades will not go down without a fight. New England will play the spoiler role, or will valiantly fight to do so.
$500 – Cincinnati (+320 money line) at Houston – The Bengals played a spirited game last week against Pittsburgh. That’s probably be about it for the Bengals this season. But if it’s not, this will be a nice pay … Zzzzzzzzzzzz.
