Another week, and right back on track for Andy, with a 121.1-91.58 victory. Doesn’t help when Tony forgets that he started a guy that was ruled out.
Week 10 | Season | Total points | Weekly average | |
Andy | 121.1 | 7-3 | 1411.64 | 141.2 |
Tony | 91.58 | 3-7 | 1265.86 | 126.6 |
Andy: Normally I’m not really one to play a Thursday night stack, but the match-up this week is too good. Well, it looked good on paper anyway. We’ll see if that holds true.
QB – Kyler Murray @ SEA – $8,500 – A hot QB coming off a Hail Mary win going against the worst pass defense not just in 2020 but ever … I’ll take that.
RB – Nyheim Hines vs GB – $5,600 – I’ve always really liked Hines as a third-down type back, but watching the last couple games I’ve seen Indy play, it appears to me as though he can be an all-purpose back too. I’ll take that price against the Packers’ horrific run defense.
RB – Josh Jacobs vs KCC – $7,100 – Look at this guy’s last few games. He’s even catching a couple passes here and there now. Now, tell me why I can still get him for $7,100.
WR – Deandre Hopkins @ SEA – $8,500 – I took the QB who threw the Hail Mary playing against the worst pass defense in football history. Now I’ll take the WR who caught the Hail Mary playing against the worst pass defense in football history.
WR – Christian Kirk @ SEA – $5,700 – And, yes, I’ll take the WR2 playing against he worst pass defense in NFL history, too.
WR/TE – D.K. Metcalf vs ARZ – $7,700 – I’ve got most of the Cardinals’ passing game going in this match-up. The Seahawks aren’t just going to lay down and die. Give me their top WR too.
TE – Dallas Goedert @ CLE – $4,200 – Goedert has been slowed since his early-season injury, but a match-up against a Browns team that could go either way might be the remedy for his lackluster stats in recent weeks. And if not, at this price, it’s not killing me too badly.
Flex – Brandin Cooks vs NEP – $5,600 – The last five games he’s had 8, 9, 9, 9 and 12 targets. It’s not entirely paying off yet, but he’s due for a big one.
DST – Cleveland vs PHI – $2,100 – So, pick the cheapest defense that isn’t going to suck, blah, blah. The Browns get to go against turnover machine Carson Wentz. I’ll pay this much for that.
Tony
QB – Russell Wilson vs ARI – $7,700 – Both QBs in this game are attractive plays. I’m going the slightly cheaper option.
RB – DeAndre Swift @ CAR – $6,300 – Swift is finally winning the job in Detroit. Or rather Matt Patricia is finally realizing if he wants to keep his job, he needs to use Swift.
RB – Clyde Edwards-Helaire vs LVR – $6,100 – Rookie RB stack? Sure, what the heck.
WR – DeAndre Hopkins @ SEA – $8,500 – The Seahawks defense is holier than swiss cheese. Hopkins should find plenty of opportunities.
WR – Terry McLaurin @ WAS – $7,300 – McLaurin has quietly had a solid season for Football Team.
WR/TE – Chase Claypool @ JAC – $6,400 – Heavily debated between Claypool and Diontae Johnson. One of them will have a big day.
TE – Hayden Hurst @ NO – $4,800 – I’m growing weary of cheap TE not performing for me. Time to have more expensive TE not perform for me.
FLEX – Nyheim Hines vs GBP – $5,600 – He’s been the best back for Indy over the last few weeks.
DST – Dolphins @ DEN – $2,300 – Miami is averaging like 9 points a game as DST, Drew Lock has looked terrible, and they’re one of the cheapest DST out there this week.
