After a tough week two, we all hit our survivor picks in week three. There are a couple relatively safe-feeling picks this week. They ended up being nearly unanimous again. Here’s who we picked and why:

Sooner or later the Colts’ offense is going to come together. They’ve shown signs late in the last two games that the time may be coming close. Jacksonville is improved, but they’re not going into Indianapolis and stealing this game.
Tony – Co-founder, web guru
They haven’t looked great, and they didn’t even look good beating the Titans on Sunday, but who better to get the Colts back on track than the Jaguars, whom Andrew Luck has lost to once in his career, in his third overall game. Since that loss, the Colts have beaten the Jaguars five times, by an average of 23.6 points per win—a number that jumps to 25.25 if you just look at the last two seasons. I wouldn’t give the Colts 20 points this weekend, but they should still win by at least 10.
Rich – Contributing writer and publisher and editor for SouthernMinn SCENE magazine
This is a week when the clear cut favorite thanks to the first bye weeks and early-season parity. In a situation like this, you don’t want to get too cute and select a team like Dallas who has a favorable match-up but a decimated offense. Rather, just take the best team on the board, so I hold my nose and guarantee a win this week by the Green Bay Packers.
John – Senior contributing writer (Eliminated)
Andrew Luck and the struggling Colts offense finally came to life in the closing minutes of a win over the Titans last week. Now they get to play a home game against a Jags squad that Tom Brady and the Pats just dropped 50 on. Talk about a slump-buster.
Maggio – Fantasy editor (Eliminated)
The Colts barely escaped the Titans last week, so my confidence here is a bit shaky. But I’d rather save Atlanta for down the road knowing there are few spots I can trust Indy in at the moment so I should take advantage of this matchup as it presents itself. In a vacuum, the Falcons are the better pick
