His team picked eighth:

Alfred Morris
Darren Sproles
Vincent Jackson
Reggie Wayne
Tom Brady
Vernon Davis
Eddie Lacy
Kenny Britt
Mark Ingram
Isaiah Pead
Justin Tucker
St. Louis Defense

His thoughts:

This team is going to largely depend on whether we can count on two coaches in the NFL known for their offensive prowess; Mike Shanahan continuing to get Alfred Morris the ball, and Sean Payton helping get the Saints’ high-powered offense to its Super Bowl level.

Alfred Morris and Darren Sproles would be big benefactors of both of those things happening.

In a PPR league, Sproles can be a very valuable player. An outlet receiver to a quarterback who throws 40 times a game is a lock for big points. Morris plays in a very run-friendly system, and he had great success in it last year. I see it happening again.

Like any owner right now, I think I got a steal with Vincent Jackson and Reggie Wayne. V-Jax put up big-play numbers for an offense that could see another increase in production this year, and Wayne is still the security blanket of the most highly touted young QB in the league. Both had big years last year, both should do it again.

Brady throws for 4,000 yards and 30 touchdowns in his sleep. Vernon Davis….SOMEone has to catch the ball in San Francsico, even if they only throw it 200 times. Davis will get looks; Harbaugh through four times at the goal line with the Super Bowl on the line for cripessake.

The rest are really more potential steals than anything else. Kenny Britt might put together overall healthy with outstanding citizenship one of these years, Ingram and Lacy could develop into consistent starters. Pead is a playmaker and St. Louis’s defense and special teams could grab points a bit unexpectedly this year. Justin Tucker was much lesser touted but barely less productive of a kicker last season than Greg Zuerlein and Blair Walsh.
