Unlike a lot of sites that cover NFL related topics, we have no intent of burying our head in the sand when it comes to sports betting while conveniently ignoring that the majority of fantasy football leagues are played for money (sometimes significant money).

And while we have to wait until our trip to Vegas opening weekend to place any real money on games, this past summer we discovered a site that’s amusing to play around with (if you can stand the occasional pop-up ad), and can actually make you some free money for betting.  Very, very slowly, but hey–it’s free. (Although, we haven’t made nearly enough to actually cash anything out yet).

Our opening bet is a 4-way parlay, taking the Colts (+3) over the Falcons, the Vikings (+3) over the Ravens, the Saints (-3) over the Texans, and the Cardinals (+3) over the Chiefs–$0.10 bet to win $1.17.  Who says preseason football isn’t fun?
